The cuisine served in the restaurant is modern Italian, combining quality products, locally sourced where possible, with classic Italian dishes and then given a contemporary twist.
Our head chef has a vast amount of experience working in world class restaurants with some very well known chefs. He started his culinary pathway at the Café de Paris in Piccadilly and has since worked at the Bibendum restaurant and
the Bluebird in Chelsea alongside the TV chef John Torode, better known for presenting the Masterchef series.
