Food is Superb!
The dishes at the Tapas restaurant were so big that I could barely finish one.
The Pollo al Ajillo was outstanding, as it should be with chicken thighs roasted on the bone in a sauce of pure genius- bread for dipping is mandatory!
And then there’s this flambéed chorizo dish; yes, you’ll want to order more than just tapa size portions because once you try them they’re hard not to crave some more.
Casa Don Carlos has some of the best desserts in town! The chocolate mousse is a must-try, as well as tiramisu and creme brulee.
Get your order started with yummy house wine or red sangria – perfect for any day or night out on the town.
When you come here to eat, don’t forget about their delicious latte drinks that are sure to wake up those taste buds!
