Las Iguanas

I was so excited to check out the new updates at Las Iguanas Brighton since it’s been ages since I’ve had a visit, and boy am I glad that they were celebrating their anniversary festivities because who doesn’t love some tasty cocktails.

Las Iguanas Brighton is a chic restaurant offering fresh and authentic Latin American food with some of the best cocktails around.
They have dishes from all over South America, each one made to highlight the unique flavour blends found in those regions. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss!

At the Las Iguanas venue, you can take a break from your workday and enjoy some cocktails. You’ll find plenty of happy hour time with discounted drinks all day every day at this buzzing bar!

There’s also salsa music playing in the background for that authentic Latin American vibe. The bartenders here are experts when it comes to serving cachaça – the national drink of Brazil!–as well as Caipirinhas which feature Cachaça liquor distilled from sugar cane juice or molasses syrup using traditional methods (or sometimes both).

Amazing Mexican Dishes

The first thing we do is order some tapas dishes as an appetizer. Initially, we chose Championes, the Las Iguanas classic.
This deliciously smoky dish includes thick-sliced mushrooms in a creamy smoked chilli sauce served with warmed soft, wheat tortillas.
Among our other choices were Smoked Haddock Croquettas – crispy, panko-coated croquettes that come with potato salsa and cheese, too – they are like fish cakes just much better!

For the main course, we order the Bahian Coconut Chicken, cumin and coriander are fried in a creamy coconut sauce with ginger, garlic, tomatoes.
Served over rice that is always perfectly cooked- not too soft or hard. The ingredients all look colourful on its plate which I like because it looks appetizing to me!

We also ordered the Sea Bass, which came on a bed of spring onion rice. It was cooked in a sauce of tomato, coriander, basil, parsley, achiote and red pepper.
It has just enough spice to compliment the dish without overpowering it completely; this creates an amazing balance that makes each bite worth savouring!

Loads of Choices

There’s something here for everyone, and the restaurant has gluten-free options as well. The kids’ menu offers organic baby food just in case you’re running low!
Las Iguanas is a great place to serve up some amazing Latin American dishes while catching up with friends or family members over lunch or dinner – it’s an excellent choice if your taste buds are craving anything from fiery fajitas to classic Brazilian fare served traditionally inside of pots.

If you’re looking for a good time then Las Iguanas is the perfect place to go! There are great drinks, food and music. It’s in the middle of everything too-great if you’re not sure where else to head off into town.
